What materials do you use in your ceramics?

We use high-quality, organic clay (terracotta, porcelain, and many variations in between!) and our signature, custom made glazes. Each piece is crafted to be durable, functional, and beautiful. We also often use real 24K gold on our pieces. 

How should I care for my Karacotta Ceramics?

We recommend hand-washing most pieces and avoiding sudden temperature changes. While many of our items are dishwasher-safe, a gentle wash helps preserve their unique finish, especially pieces with a gold finish. Likewise, many pieces can go in the microwave, but be careful as they may get warm – pieces with real gold should never be placed in the microwave. 

Can I place a custom order?

CARING

For the longest life of your Karacotta Ceramics, we recommend gentle, nonabrasive hand washing; microwave use is not recommended.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing and packaging of your order.  Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification via email with tracking info.

RETURNS

We want you to love your pieces, and we stand behind our product! Karacotta Ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however sometimes things happen, and we get that. All sales are considered final, however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will either refund you, or replace the piece(s). If you do need pieces replaced due to shipping damage, we will request you send us back the damaged pieces (shipping is on us!) before a replacement order is shipped.
